By accessing or using Caledoria ("the Service"), operated at caledoria.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Caledoria is a calendar aggregation and scheduling platform that allows you to:

• Connect and synchronize multiple Google and Microsoft Outlook calendars
• View all your events in a single unified interface
• Create public booking/scheduling links for others to book meetings with you
• Automatically generate Zoom meetings for bookings
• Receive notifications via email, Slack, and WhatsApp

3. Account Registration

To use Caledoria, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Connected Accounts

When you connect third-party accounts (Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Slack), you authorize Caledoria to access and synchronize data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any account at any time through the Settings page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Use the booking system to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or use the Service in a way that impacts other users

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Caledoria may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all calendar data and content you create or sync through Caledoria. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caledoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to missed meetings, data loss, or service outages.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
